By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Overclutch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€).
Payment must be completed before order processing. Accepted payment methods include MB Way, Multibanco, and other available Shopify payment options.

3. Shipping

Orders within Portugal are shipped via CTT Correios de Portugal.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs:

  • Standard Shipping: €3.90

  • Express Shipping: €5.50

Delivery times may vary depending on location, demand, and postal service delays.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and 3D-printed nature of products, returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged items.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request support.

5. Product Variations

As products are 3D printed, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are considered normal and not defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content are the property of Overclutch and may not be copied or resold without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

Overclutch reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
